1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Pure Reflection webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Pure Reflection reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Products

Handmade Products

  • All mirrors and photo frames are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, and shape are part of the artisanal process and do not qualify as defects.

Photo Art

  • Photo art is sold as prints (and digital files if stated).

  • Colors shown on screens may differ slightly from the physical product due to display settings.

3. Intellectual Property – Photo Art & Designs

  • All designs, photographs, artwork, text, branding, and products are the property of Pure Reflection.

  • Purchasing photo art does not grant reproduction rights.

  • It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, scan, distribute, sell, share digitally, or use any artwork or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • Prints are for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices include VAT (where applicable).

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • Pure Reflection reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Orders & Shipping

  • You will receive an order confirmation after completing your purchase.

  • Handmade items may be produced on a pre-order basis. Estimated delivery times are listed on product pages.

  • Pure Reflection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns

  • Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and approving the returned item, via the original payment method.

7. Returns – Photo Art

  • Photo prints may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original condition.

  • Digital art files (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

9. Force Majeure

Pure Reflection is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport issues, natural events, and technical disruptions.
